Tru Earth laundry detergent sheets embody an ultra-concentrated detergent formed into small, pre-measured strips which you simply tear off and pop into the laundry tub or detergent tray… and which look nothing like candy! Their advanced laundry formula dissolves completely in any of the normal water temperature settings, seeks out stains and dirt molecules, dislodges them, and keeps them in suspension until they get rinsed away. They do all this without producing a lot of suds, so they can work in any type of washing machine: top or front loading, regular or high-efficiency. And to complete this clean, green approach, they even come in zero-waste compostable packaging.

Laundry Strip Scents

Tru Earth laundry detergent comes in a choice of three scents: Baby, Fresh Linen, or Fragrance-Free. All three types are hypoallergenic (as certified by independent dermatologists), paraben-free, vegan friendly, and gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin.

Tru Earth Platinum Strips

Of course, there may be some times when your laundry is more stained or musty than usual, and you would like to use something stronger, Tru Earth has now created a Platinum version, with an advanced, heavy-duty cleaning formula to clean even the dirtiest clothes. The Platinum strength strips are Unscented/Fragrance-Free.

Each Eco-Strip contains:

– Vegetable glycerin (a plant-derived softener)
– Starch (a plant-derived biodegradability booster)
– PVA (a biodegradable supporting matrix)
– Light mineral oil (a non-hazardous softener and processing aid)
– Potassium sorbate (a food-grade preservative)
– Cocamido propyl betaine (a coconut oil-based, biodegradable amphoteric surfactant (cleaning agent) and foam booster)
– Alkyl polyglycoside (a plant-derived, biodegradable non-ionic surfactant)
– Sodium coco sulfate (a coconut oil based, biodegradable surfactant and foam booster)
– Glycerides, coco mono and di, ethoxylated (a plant-derived, biodegradable non-ionic surfactant)
– Sodium gluconate (a plant-derived and food-grade, biodegradable water softener that prevents soil from resettling on fabric after it has been removed during washing)
– Lauryl dimethyl amine oxide (a plant-derived, biodegradable non-ionic surfactant and foam stabilizer)
– Hexylene glycol (a biodegradable emulsifier)
– Sulfonic acids, C14-16-alkane hydroxy and C14-16-alkene, sodium salts (a biodegradable surfactant)
– Octyl sodium sulfate (a biodegradable anionic surfactant)
– Fragrance oil blend (except in the Fragrance Free variety) (a hypoallergenic and non-toxic blend of natural essential oils and synthetic ingredients)
– Residual water

Tru Earth Laundry Strips are vegan (with no animal-based ingredients, and no testing on animals performed by them or their ingredient suppliers) and do NOT contain any: Paraben; Phosphate; Chlorine Bleach; 1,4-dioxane; or added Dyes.

Tru Earth Fragrance-Free Eco-Strips make laundry as simple as 1,2,3 …

For a regular load in a regular top loading machine, simply:
1: Remove a laundry detergent strip from the pack.
2: Place the strip in the washer.
3: Add your clothes, and turn on your machine, using your usual settings.

For smaller or larger loads, you can easily just use half a laundry strip less or more than that. Each True Earth strip is perforated in the middle for easy separation, so you can tear it in half and only use half a strip for a small load, or one and a half EcoStrips for either heavier or extra dirty loads.

For high-efficiency (HE) washers designed to mix the water with the detergent before it enters the laundry tub, you can simply place a strip into the detergent cup in the pull-out drawer, rather than a liquid. Some users with smaller machines report they cut or tear each strip into smaller pieces, so they fit them into the detergent cup better, although that can probably accomplished just by crumpling or folding it up a little.

Always keep soaps, laundry detergent, and other cleaning products away from pets and small children, as they contain ingredients which may cause eye irritation, and they should certainly not be ingested.
